Consignment Process

True consignment means that you continue to own your items during their consignment period. After any item sells, your share of the sale is available any time we are open.
We have built our consignment process with the busy parent in mind.  We offer our consignors a luxury consignment process, which means:
  • No appointments necessary. Please plan enough time for us to review your items while you wait.
  • No ironing necessary (We steam all items)
  • No hangers are necessary (we use our own)
  • Receive your cash/check or use store credit anytime
Consignors receive 40% of the final selling price for their items.

How to prepare your consignment:

  • Items must be freshly laundered (within the past 7 days).

  • Items must be spot-free, damage-free, odor-free and be in marketable condition.

  • Items are preferred laid flat in a laundry basket or rubbermaid style container.

  • Place outfits together (please do not pin items together). Incomplete sets discouraged under size 18 months.

  • Please button all buttons, snap all snaps and zip all zippers so items are easier to hang and process quickly.

  • Shoes must be clean. Please brush and wipe off any dirt that you are able to. Many shoes can also be put into the dishwasher or washing machine.

  • Please drop off items at least ONE HOUR before we close so we have time to process items.

Each time you drop off clothing, you can choose to take items back that are not accepted for consignment, or to donate them to families in need. You will also choose to pick up your items at the end of the consignment period or donate those. A tax receipt is available for you for those items. Just let us know when you do your taxes and you can pick one up any time.
